University of Manitoba Request for Proposal for Project Management Software Solution

The University of Manitoba is issuing a Request for Proposal to procure a project management software solution. The selected solution must standardize project lifecycle management, portfolio planning, prioritization, resource allocation, real-time budget tracking, and governance controls. It must also support workflow automation, integrate with work order, asset, and Banner financial management systems, and provide configurable reporting and executive dashboards.
