Facility Identification and Wayfinding Signage Services for San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System is seeking facility identification and wayfinding signage services. The selected vendor must provide interior signage, such as office and cubicle identification signs and wayfinding signs, along with required mounting hardware, accessories, and installation instructions. Graphics, text, arrows, and logos must be directly printed onto the sign face using a durable exterior-grade printing process. Work will be performed offsite at the vendor's office premises. Only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders can submit responses electronically or via a sealed paper bid containing an executed original and one copy. Paper bids must be mailed or delivered to the Purchasing Department in San Antonio, Texas. All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026. Proposals must include unit pricing entered in U.S. dollars.
