Statewide Law Enforcement Public Safety Gear Qualified Vendor List RFP

The State of Missouri Division of Purchasing requires statewide law enforcement public safety gear services on behalf of various state agencies. The buyer seeks to establish a Qualified Vendor List to enable a seamless procurement process, foster competition, and ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery offsite. Vendors must be USA-based organizations registered in MissouriBUYS with an prospective, spend authorized, or approved status. Proposals must be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS no later than November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time; e-mailed, mailed, or hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted. Applicants must complete Exhibit A and all necessary business compliance exhibits. Bonus points are available for certified Missouri service-disabled and honorably discharged veteran business enterprises. The resulting contract period runs from the date of award through October 31, 2027.
