Problem Gambling Support Mobile Application Services for the Arizona Department of Administration

The Arizona Department of Administration State Procurement Office seeks an evidence-informed mobile app to provide problem gambling support services for iOS and Android users offsite. The selected vendor must establish and manage all aspects of the mobile app to complement existing community services. Scope includes trigger and urge management lessons, guidance on trigger identification, gambling illusions overviews, activity recording, self-monitoring, individual goal tracking, and safer play tracking. The app must also allow members to create online accounts with unique usernames and passwords. Only USA-based (Onshore) organizations are eligible to bid. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online, and the buyer is looking for proposal pricing. All questions must be submitted through the Arizona Procurement Portal Discussion Forum tab by November 13, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will take place on November 18, 2026. Evaluation criteria include offer sufficiency, compliance with scope requirements, relevant proposal content, and requested cost or pricing data.
