Waste Collection, Dumpsters, and Compactor Services for University of the Virgin Islands

The University of the Virgin Islands seeks qualified businesses to provide solid waste container, collection, transportation, and disposal services on an as-needed basis across its campuses. The required scope includes furnishing and maintaining waste containers, providing a cafeteria compactor, and hauling waste to authorized disposal facilities for the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix and the Orville E. Kean Campus on St. Thomas. Qualified vendors may bid on individual campus lots or service categories and must operate within the USA. Bidders must submit a signed offer, completed pricing schedule, relevant experience and references, and proof of required qualifications, insurance, or certifications. Bids must be submitted electronically to [email protected] by November 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM AST. UVI evaluates bids based on complete rates, price, availability, response times, and compliance with task requirements. The resulting contract term is for one year, subject to availability of funds.
