ACCESS RFP for Research and Evaluation Coordinator for Substance Use Recovery Center

ACCESS is seeking a Research and Evaluation Coordinator to help build out a research and evaluation agenda for its substance use Recovery Center in Dearborn, MI. The contractor will coordinate a multidisciplinary Research Advisory Committee, conduct stakeholder interviews, define priority research questions, design research methodologies, and recommend data collection protocols. Duties require logging approximately 360 flexible hours (roughly 14 hours per week) between January 1, 2027, and December 31, 2027, including virtual and in-person meetings. Eligibility is limited to onshore USA organizations. Candidates should hold an advanced degree in Public Health, Psychology, or a related field, or possess comparable experience.
