University of Hawaii Security Guard Services for Manoa and JABSOM Campuses

The University of Hawaii is seeking bids under Invitation for Bids No. 27-5992 to provide qualified, uniformed, unarmed security guard services for designated posts at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and the John A. Burns School of Medicine. The contractor must supply personnel to fulfill these requirements daily, seven days a week, for a one-year contract term in Honolulu, Hawaii. Eligible onshore USA organizations must be registered on the State of Hawaii’s electronic procurement system (HIePRO) to submit a proposal. All questions and requests for clarification must be submitted electronically through HIePRO by November 9, 2026, with answers posted on November 16, 2026. Final bid packages, including the Mandatory Bid Form, must be submitted digitally via HIePRO no later than 2:30 p.m. on November 23, 2026. Bidders must also comply with specified workers' compensation, employer's liability, and additional insurance requirements, naming the University of Hawaii as an additional insured.
