City of Covington 2027 Annual Concert Series Planning and Coordination Services

The City of Covington seeks sealed proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to plan, coordinate, and facilitate its 2027 annual concert series. The scope requires booking musical artists, coordinating production and equipment, co-branding marketing materials with the City, matching the City's $60,000 commitment through sponsorships, and assisting with the annual Lighting of the Square event.
