On-Call Public Opinion, Research, Survey and Polling Services for Santa Clara Valley Water District

The Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) requires a consultant to perform on-call public opinion, research, survey, and polling services. The scope of work includes research design, questionnaire development, survey administration, offsite data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentations. Most polls will incorporate tracking questions carried forward from prior surveys to evaluate public opinion changes over time. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Proposals will be evaluated across a four-step process out of 100 maximum total points based on established evaluation criteria, which may include reference checks, additional documentation requests, interviews, and oral presentations for shortlisted firms.
