Minimum qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant or registered public accountant licensed in New Jersey in good standing
- Independent of GHA in appearance and in fact
- Must not provide accounting, bookkeeping, or management services to GHA
- Must have had an unqualified Peer Review within the previous three years
- Satisfy all applicable continuing professional education requirements
- Demonstrate experience performing audits of public housing authorities or public entities
