Canadian Kennel Club Audit and Election Commission Services

The Canadian Kennel Club requires a vendor to provide annual financial statement audits, IT general controls reviews, GST/HST advisory services, and Election Commission services. The appointed auditor must also act as an independent Election Commission to administer the organization's triennial election of the Board of Directors and manage related election procedures. Eligible global proponents must demonstrate relevant audit and election administration experience, and the lead engagement partner must hold a valid Public Accountant's license. Performance of the work will be offsite. Proponents must submit proposals digitally via email to [email protected] or online by November 16, 2026. Submissions must include an authorization letter, details on the engagement team, and a detailed pricing outline allocated by phase and deliverable. The Executive Director and Finance team will evaluate proposals using pre-defined criteria, such as experience and price, to select a vendor for a 3-year term starting with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2027.
