Tourism Ireland is seeking tenders for tourism representation services in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The selected provider will act as an in-market representative, providing market intelligence, travel trade updates, and engagement with local stakeholders. Additional scope includes supporting official visits by government and tourism representatives, facilitating introductions to aviation and media stakeholders, and advising on venues and suppliers for promotional events. Candidates must have an operational office and confirm prior experience delivering destination representation, tourism marketing, or related services in the region. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Tender Upload facility on www.etenders.gov.ie by 12:00 hours Irish Time on November 23, 2026. Queries must be submitted via the eTenders messaging option by 12:00 hours Irish Time on November 5, 2026. Submissions will be evaluated through a pre-qualification review, followed by pass/fail suitability criteria, and scored based on ultimate cost and award criteria.
