External audit services for Fairbanks North Star Borough and associated entities

The Fairbanks North Star Borough requires external audit services for itself, the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District, and the Interior Gas Utility. The selected vendor must also provide up to 60 hours of annual non-audit consulting time. This offsite performance agreement will carry a two-year contract term using a fixed-fee structure that includes all audit expenses. Eligibility is restricted to US onshore organizations. Submissions must include a signed Proposal Transmittal Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification of No Conflict of Interest, W9 form, insurance/bonding letter of intent, professional licenses, and a copy or number for an active Alaska Business License. The Cost/Price Schedule must be submitted as a single separate file from the technical proposal. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference takes place November 17, 2026, and questions are due by November 19, 2026. Final proposals must be submitted by December 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Evaluation criteria are weighted with 25% for cost/price, 20% for experience and qualifications, and additional criteria totaling 100 points.
