Cloud-Based Automated Financial Close Solution for New York Racing Association

The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is seeking proposals from qualified software providers to deliver and implement a comprehensive cloud-based automated financial close solution by the end of Q1 2027. The required system must replace manual workflows and fragmented spreadsheets with automated accounting features, including close task checklists, high-volume account reconciliations, transaction matching for at least 10,000,000 annual transactions, automated journal entry creation, and real-time analytics for at least 15 full-access users. Eligibility is limited to onshore, US-based organizations, and work will be performed offsite. Vendors must submit technical proposals alongside a separately sealed cost proposal using Exhibit C, which will be scored weighted at 85% for technical evaluation and 15% for cost. Proposals can be submitted digitally via email or online, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026. The contract term is for three years from execution, with NYRA holding sole discretion to renew for three additional one-year periods.
