Request for Proposals for an Integrated Justice Information System

The buyer is soliciting proposals for an Integrated Justice Information System. The required scope includes a web application providing single sign-on login, dashboard features, record saving, field validation, and print preview generation. For jail management end users, the vendor must deliver inmate search capabilities, booking number generation, housing movement updates, Title 15 safety-check logging, trust-account transaction posting, and real-time JMS event publishing to an outbound integration layer. Only onshore vendors located in the USA are eligible to bid, and performance of the work will be offsite.
