Database Support, Enhancement, and Maintenance for Colorado Child Care Licensing System

The Colorado Department of Early Childhood requires a Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) certified vendor to provide ongoing database support, maintenance, and enhancement services for the Colorado Child Care Licensing System. The selected organization will manage a client web application, backend processor, Windows services, and SQL Server database offsite. Key priorities include 24/7 Level 2 system support, routine maintenance, bug fixes, database updates, and functionality enhancements to ensure security, safety, and compliance. Organizations capable of meeting all solicitation requirements and maintaining CJIS-certified staff are eligible to bid. A pre-proposal conference takes place on November 12, 2026, and inquiries are due by November 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
