City of Suffolk July 4th Fireworks Display Services Request for Proposal

The City of Suffolk requests firm fixed pricing proposals from qualified, licensed offerors to provide fireworks display services for the Department of Parks and Recreation's annual Fourth of July event. Other City departments may also option the resulting contract for similar displays during the contract period at negotiated rates. Eligible vendors are restricted to onshore USA organizations only. Offerors must submit their proposals by December 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. The solicitation does not require a bid bond, and no pre-bid conference is scheduled for this opportunity.
