Mississippi State Department of Health Maternal Care RN Consultant Services

The Mississippi State Department of Health is soliciting sealed bids for a Maternal Care RN Consultant to provide clinical and operational support to the Mississippi Maternal System of Care. The selected vendor will participate in on-site maternal center inspection teams, assist with compliance reviews, advise on trauma system integration for maternal populations, and support the Maternal Care Plan. Eligible USA-based vendors must have at least five years of similar business experience, recent maternal health clinical experience, and a current, unrestricted RN license from a compact state with Mississippi eligibility, with a BSN required. Questions are due by November 12, 2026, and final bids must be submitted before 10:00 am CST on December 1, 2026, digitally via email, online, or through the MSDH OpenGov portal. MSDH intends to award one or more contracts to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The contract term runs from January 6, 2027, through June 30, 2029.
