Town of Truro Request for Proposals for Walsh Master Planning Services

The Town of Truro invites sealed proposals from qualified, onshore USA firms for the Town of Truro Walsh Master Planning Services. Work for this project will be performed offsite to fulfill the town's master planning needs. All questions must be submitted in writing to Rebecca Roughley via email by December 1, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Final proposals are due no later than December 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Truro Town Hall, with price and non-price proposals submitted separately as specified in the RFP. The Town will evaluate proposals based on price and the non-price criteria outlined in the RFP to select the most advantageous, responsible, and responsive proposer.
