Correlating Acoustic Leak Noise Logging System for the County of Hawai'i

The County of Hawai'i Department of Water Supply requires a vendor to furnish and deliver a complete, integrated, portable correlating acoustic leak noise logging system for its pressurized potable water distribution system. The scope includes 75 correlating acoustic leak noise loggers with remote external antennas, 75 retrieval lanyards, 75 lanyard connectors, two mobile data collection link kits, two logger transport cases holding at least 40 loggers each, two rugged field tablets with pre-configured field software, and one lot for a hosted data management and analysis platform. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit their proposals using the required form obtained from the Office procurement system, complete with an authorized signature and exact legal business name. The Department will evaluate bids and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, requiring tax clearance or certification letters prior to award.
