Data Exchange and Interoperability Technology-Enabled Solution - Call for Innovation

The buyer seeks a technology-enabled solution from an onshore Canadian company to enable seamless, secure, near real-time data exchange and interoperability between two Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for a government authority in Ontario. The selected solution must include a validated data sharing strategy, integrate into existing primary care partner EMR workflows, reduce manual processes, and generate evidence to support a final procurement decision. The CAN Health Network model embeds the selected vendor into a three-month to one-year commercialization project hosted by the health-care provider, providing funding directly to the host Edge while evaluating the technology for a pre-budgeted procurement upon completion.
