City of Fairfax Staffing and Service Levels Study RFP

The City of Fairfax seeks a qualified consultant to conduct an organization-wide services and staffing level study to evaluate service delivery, operational efficiency, and staffing needs across multiple city departments. The selected vendor must assess current services, evaluate HR policies, benchmark against comparable communities, and deliver long-term recommendations, an implementation schedule, and cost projections. The Fire Department and Library are excluded from this study. Eligibility is limited to USA-based organizations capable of performing work both onsite and offsite. Proposals must include a firm history, references, approach overview, project timeline, and detailed fee schedule. Proposals will be evaluated on RFP compliance, contractor capability, proposed contract price, and firm experience and reputation.
