Colusa County Airport Commercial Facility Long-Term Property Lease

The County of Colusa Department of Public Works is seeking a qualified long-term tenant to lease and operate a commercial facility located at the Colusa County Airport. The available property spans approximately two acres and features about 17,100 square feet of hangar, warehouse, shop, and office space. The tenant must maintain the leased premises in a clean, safe, and orderly condition, handle routine repairs, pay utilities, proper storage and handling of hazardous materials, and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and FAA regulations. Eligible applicants include onshore USA entities from aviation-related, commercial, agricultural, and service-oriented sectors, with preference given to aviation-related businesses. Proposals must include a signed transmittal letter detailing acceptance or exceptions to terms, a company profile, proof of required licenses and permits, a sample insurance certificate, and at least three professional references.
