Hawaii Department of Transportation Storm Water Management Program Services for Oahu District

The Hawaii Department of Transportation, Highways, Oahu District requires a Master Consultant to provide storm water management program services for its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System on Oahu. The selected vendor must furnish labor, materials, and equipment to assist the Environmental Management Section in fully implementing and enforcing the Oahu Storm Water Management Program Plan, updating GIS databases, conducting public education, performing annual staff trainings, and maintaining compliance with its NPDES permit.
