University of Nevada, Reno Silver and Blue Magazine Printing and Mailing Services

The Division of University Advancement at the University of Nevada, Reno requires printing, mailing, and distribution services for Nevada Silver & Blue, the university's biannual alumni magazine. The selected contractor will provide production support, file review, proofing, saddle stitching or perfect binding, address validation, pre-sort processing, and mailing preparation. Only onshore U.S. vendors are eligible to apply. Proposers must submit an electronic proposal via www.ngemnv.com containing a technical response, executed Proposer Certification and References, and Certification of Compliance. Questions must be submitted online by November 6, 2026, and all key submission due dates are posted on NGEM. The University will evaluate proposals based on Relevant Experience and References, Technical and Operational Capabilities, and Pricing and Overall Value to award a single one-year contract.
