City of Dallas Request for Proposals for Operational Management of Southern Skates Roller Rink

The City of Dallas is seeking proposals for the operational management of the Southern Skates Roller Rink under solicitation BHZ27-00033620. The selected vendor must operate, manage, and maintain the facility for skating and compatible ancillary events. Scope responsibilities include providing admittance services, skate rentals and sales, special event bookings, food and beverage concessions, accounting, and necessary staffing such as attendants, cashiers, security guards, and concessionaires.
