Request for Information for Remote Security Solutions for Facilities and Fleet Lots

Birdville ISD issues this Request for Information to gather information from qualified vendors regarding remote security solutions to protect its transportation, fleet, and support service facilities. The District seeks innovative technologies and services—including remote surveillance, perimeter intrusion detection, motion sensors, radar, virtual perimeter systems, automated alerts, and remote monitoring—to deter unauthorized access, detect suspicious activity, reduce theft and vandalism, and improve after-hours monitoring. Only USA organizations are eligible, and work will be performed offsite. Vendors must submit responses electronically through the District's IonWave e-bid system, or digitally via email or online, by November 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. Submissions must answer the Attributes tab questions and include three customer references, but vendors must not include pricing or dollar amounts.
