Scope of work

Minimum qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey and appear before all State and Federal courts and administrative offices for at least 10 years
- Certificate of Authorization if a corporation
- Experience practicing before State Courts for a minimum of ten years
- Experience representing a municipal land use board in a community with demographics similar to Old Bridge for at least 10 years
- Sufficient support staff to provide all requested services, including preparation of resolutions
- Demonstrated knowledge of Municipal Land Use Law, zoning, planning, redevelopment law, affordable housing, and environmental rules
