Engineering Services for the West Valley Site Management Program

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority seeks proposals from qualified firms to deliver professional engineering services for the West Valley Site Management Program at the Western New York Nuclear Service Center. The required scope includes geotechnical investigations, landfill design, geosynthetic testing and design, and erosion mitigation design. Work will occur onsite at the State Licensed Disposal Area in West Valley, New York. Eligible proposers must possess in-depth experience in engineering investigations, data collection, review, analysis, and design, along with extensive experience working at hazardous waste sites, closed landfills, and with radioactive materials. Personnel must maintain current HAZWOPER training conforming to OSHA standards, and proposals are limited to onshore United States entities. Applicants must submit proposals by December 3, 2026, at 3:00 PM for a five-year contract term beginning December 1, 2026.
