Minimum qualifications

- Demonstrated experience with comprehensive plans, development ordinances, housing elements, fair share plans, redevelopment plans, and development application reviews
- Experienced in working with various State, County and local regulatory agencies
- Experience working with municipal land use boards in a community with demographics similar to Township of Old Bridge
- List of past and present municipalities and/or Zoning Boards served as consulting professional planner
- Adequate background checks on all employees and/or subcontractors working at Township facilities
