Student Loan Repayment Tax Credit Marketing Services

The Finance Authority of Maine seeks proposals to market Maine's Student Loan Repayment Tax Credit statewide to potentially eligible audiences, such as remote workers, employers, high schools, post-secondary educational institutions, and organizations of parents and teachers. Marketing efforts may include printed and electronic materials, online information, and in-person and remote promotional campaigns across Maine. The initial contract period is for one year, and only USA-based organizations are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via email to [email protected] no later than November 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. The submission package must include vendor certification, references, proposal content, and a completed cost proposal form detailing expenses for the entirety of the project. The FAME Review Team will evaluate proposals using a consensus approach to assess and score each section against established evaluation criteria.
