Security Guard Training Certification Program Design and Implementation Services

The City of Philadelphia Department of Labor seeks proposals from onshore USA organizations to design a security guard training program certification process and support the implementation of related regulations. The contractor must develop an application and evaluation process, minimum standards and qualifications for training providers and instructors, and curriculum standards for a 12-hour basic course and a 12-hour supplemental course for hospitals, universities, or colleges. Additional duties include formulating quality assurance protocols, language access standards, and recertification guidelines, with work performed offsite across a three-year contract term.
