Minimum qualifications
- Authorized to administer and interpret Hogan assessment instruments (evidence of Hogan certification, authorized partner/distributor status, or equivalent)
- Each proposed coach must hold a current ICF PCC or MCC credential, or an equivalent recognized coaching credential
- Demonstrated experience providing leadership-development coaching, supported by proof of credentials and coach profiles/résumés
- Ability to provide products and services in both English and French according to participant preference
- Ability to provide three client references
