IT Disaster Recovery Plan and Cyber Incident Response Plan Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide an IT disaster recovery plan service. The requested scope includes establishing a simple, proportionate approach to system criticality and recovery expectations, creating a high-level inventory of key systems with a basic prioritization model, and consolidating backup arrangements to document coverage, responsibilities, and recovery capabilities. Additionally, the contractor must develop a testing methodology featuring scenario-based exercises, tabletop discussions, and targeted recovery tests, as well as formulate a formal Cyber Incident Response Plan covering identification, escalation, management, and containment.
