Private Markets Index and Benchmarking Services for Performance Measurement

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide offsite private markets index and benchmarking services to support performance measurement and portfolio evaluation. The selected provider must deliver institutionally recognized benchmark and index solutions across private equity, private credit, real estate, and real assets. Responsibilities include benchmarking individual funds against peer groups using metrics such as IRR, TVPI, DPI, and PME, as well as constructing customized time-weighted return benchmarks based on asset class, strategy, geography, and sector. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The contract will run for a two-year period, and the buyer is currently looking for proposals.
