Statewide Integrated Health Care Provider Network, Third Party Administration, and Utilization Management Services

The California Department of State Hospitals seeks qualified entities to deliver a Health Care Provider Network of community-based specialty medical services providers. The scope includes Third Party Administration alongside a Prior Authorization and Utilization Management system covering concurrent reviews on hospitalized patients and retrospective reviews to monitor off-site care and costs. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must register and submit proposals online via Cal eProcure by December 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM PDT, following a question deadline of November 9, 2026. The contract term spans up to three years from March 1, 2027, to February 28, 2030, with two optional one-year extensions not to exceed five total years.
