Community Recreation Center Fire Panel Replacement and System Upgrades

The City of Temecula Department of Public Works requests proposals from onshore USA firms or individuals for the Community Recreation Center fire panel replacement and system upgrade. The scope entails supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning equipment including an addressable fire alarm control panel with voice evacuation, an emergency voice evacuation panel, power supplies with batteries, addressable smoke and duct smoke detectors, control relay and monitoring modules, speaker/strobes, strobes, and tying in mag-door holders throughout the building. The selected vendor must complete all project work within one year. Eligible contractors must maintain a City of Temecula business license and comply with prevailing wage laws. The buyer will hold a pre-bid meeting on November 12, 2026, and all questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026. Proponents must submit proposals by the filing deadline of December 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
