Lee County Coke Building and Warehouse Fire Sprinkler System Installation

Lee County is seeking bids for the construction, design, installation, testing, and commissioning of a fully compliant automatic wet fire sprinkler system for the Coke Building / Warehouse in Sanford, North Carolina. The selected contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project in accordance with supplied contract documents. Bidders must be appropriately licensed in North Carolina under General Statutes Chapter 87 and demonstrate experience with projects of similar size and nature.
