Fire Alarm Control Panel and System Upgrade Service for Region 18 ESC

Region 18 Education Service Center requires a qualified, registered fire alarm contractor to furnish a complete, code-compliant, and fully operational fire alarm control panel and associated system upgrade in Midland, TX. The scope encompasses design, plan review, permits, materials, demolition, installation, programming, integration, testing, commissioning, training, and closeout. The contractor must supply an addressable fire alarm control panel, detection and notification devices, coordinate life-safety system interfaces, maintain building operations, and conduct acceptance testing. Eligible vendors must be based onshore in the USA. The contract term lasts for one year, and the performance of work will be onsite.
