Scope of work
- Programming and Space Needs Assessment

- Proposed modifications to existing facilities, including potential for footprint expansion
- Population growth projections and future need, location, and timing for additional facilities
- Develop a master plan for buildout of proposed facility modifications over a 10-year period
- Conceptual Designs and ROM Cost Estimates
- Presentations to County Management and Board of County Commissioners
- Complete services including plumbing, mechanical, electrical engineering, and necessary subcontract services
Minimum qualifications
- Be a Professional Architect
- Have at least five (5) years of demonstrable space needs and programming experience
- Have the ability to provide written reports of the field investigation
- Be Registered in the State of North Carolina
- Have the financial ability to undertake the work and assume the liability
- Comply with E-Verify requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes
