The City of South Amboy seeks a qualified provider to deliver general counsel professional legal services. The selected vendor will furnish legal analysis and advice on matters within the jurisdiction of the Mayor and Council, municipal law, and litigation before federal and state courts and agencies. This procurement is open to USA organizations and any bidder, owner, person, or firm interested in providing professional services under New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law.
