Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Lobbying and Legislative Representation Services

The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government requests proposals for RFP #48-2026 to provide offsite lobbying and legislative representation services for a one-year contract term. The contractor will deliver government relations services across focus areas including public safety, economic and community development, housing, sewer infrastructure, stormwater management, transportation, planning and zoning, tax and finance policy, and grant opportunities. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to bid. Proposers must submit sealed proposals online through the Response Attachments tab in Ion Wave by 2:00 PM local time on November 18, 2026. A review committee evaluates proposals using criteria that include years of experience worth up to 15 points and cost of services worth up to 10 points.
