Municipal Advisory Services for Bond Issuance and Financial Planning

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide municipal advisory services to a government authority located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The required scope includes establishing rating strategies, preparing financial data packages from audited statements, evaluating bond issuance capacity, developing plans of finance and program structures, and performing quantitative modeling. The selected advisor will also evaluate bond insurance, recommend methods of sale, advise on retaining additional financing consultants, review requirements for rating agencies, and provide post-issuance support. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only, and the work will be performed offsite.
