Minimum qualifications
- Ability to acquire a Performance Bond meeting specified requirements from an authorized surety
- Surety rated A or better by A.M. Best or Standard and Poors and on U.S. Treasurer approved list
- Minimum five years successful experience providing solid waste and recycling services for at least 30,000 households
- Key personnel experience and certifications in solid waste and recycling services
- Disclosure of contracts ended prior to expiration and bond claims/defaults within past 5 years
- Disclosure of regulatory enforcement actions or revoked/suspended permits and licenses in the last 5 years
