Household Hazardous Waste Collection and Disposal Services for Kaua‘i

The County of Kaua‘i Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Division, seeks a contractor to furnish services to collect and dispose of household hazardous waste in Lihue, Hawaii. The requested scope includes mobilization and demobilization, as well as handling automotive lead acid batteries, industrial lead acid batteries, oil-based paints and ignitables, household batteries, small devices with embedded lithium-ion batteries, and fluorescent lamps. Only onshore USA organizations may bid, and all work must be performed onsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online by November 30, 2026. The contract period will run for three years.
