Torrance County Fully Insured Life and Disability Benefits Procurement

Torrance County, New Mexico, requests sealed proposals from qualified and approved insurance carriers to provide fully insured life and disability benefits effective January 1, 2027. The selected vendors will deliver offsite coverage services and must not utilize subcontractors. Only onshore United States organizations are eligible to bid. Offerors must submit written questions to the Procurement Manager by November 16, 2026. Sealed proposals are due by December 3, 2026, and must include six identical physical copies delivered to the Chief Procurement Officer, with cost forms separately sealed. An Evaluation Committee will review proposals to make multiple source awards for an initial one-year term, with extension options up to four years total.
