Street-Level Spherical Imagery, Panoramic Video, and Mobile LiDAR Asset Inventory Platform

The City of Alexandria, Louisiana, and Alexandria Utility Systems seek proposals from qualified vendors to provide geospatial street-level spherical imagery, panoramic video, and a LiDAR-based mobile asset inventory platform. The project scope covers capturing 360-degree imagery and LiDAR data across approximately 500 centerline miles of roadway, integrating data with Autodesk and ESRI products, and providing system support and training. Eligibility requires onshore USA vendors with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent certification and demonstrated post-disaster imagery experience.
