AI Adoption and Microsoft Copilot Enablement Services

MassHousing requires a consultant for AI adoption and Microsoft Copilot enablement services. The selected contractor must refine the existing AI adoption strategy around responsible use, establish a measurable Copilot deployment plan, build an AI champions program framework, and deliver live-online and in-person training programs. The agency permits offsite performance, and eligibility is restricted to onshore entities within the United States.
