Columbus LGBTQ+ Affairs Commission Project Management and Strategic Planning Support

The City of Columbus requests proposals from qualified onshore U.S. consultants to provide project management, strategic planning, annual reporting, and community engagement support for the Columbus LGBTQ+ Affairs Commission. The selected vendor will create a detailed project plan, compile a strategic plan with long-term policy strategies, formulate an annual report detailing recommendations for municipal leadership, and provide expert review and refinement of the commission's community engagement strategy for reaching underrepresented groups. Proposals are limited to ten pages, excluding an optional appendix for work samples, and the resulting contract award shall not exceed $50,000.00. The buyer will evaluate offers on relevant experience and qualifications, demonstrated experience working with diverse LGBTQ+ communities, cost effectiveness (20%), and references and past performance (10%).
