The selected vendor must provide Housing, Expungement and Recovery through Treatment & Support Services to criminal justice-involved adults experiencing substance use disorder and mental health challenges, including Latine and Spanish monolingual clients. The scope requires comprehensive reentry support to reduce recidivism, including peer navigation support, case management, expungement services, treatment, diversion, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed housing assistance.
